Our team can eliminate the inconvenience of taxis by driving you to and from your medical/social appointments and delivering/collecting prescriptions. Country Carers recognise that it is important for our Service Users to remain active within the local community, therefore Country Carers offer a service to accommodate this. Whether you need assistance with transport to a local club or to attend an appointment Country Carers are on hand to assist Service Users with these requirements. This service can be on a regular or ad-hoc basis. There will be additional milage costs for this service, please speak with the office for further information.

Tailored Care Plan
Following the initial meeting, our care manager will document your needs and devise a support plan that best suits you and will discuss any changes you would like to make.

We will then introduce our carers to ensure that you are happy with the people who will deliver the service, before they start working for you.
