Personal Care

Assistance given with the needs of your daily living – such as bathing, dressing, medication support, continence care and meal preparation. Country Carers will work with Service Users and family members to develop a personalised Care Plan to suit their individual needs. These are reviewed regularly and updated if needed to ensure the Service Users needs are always being met. Call visits can vary from 30-minute call times upwards and can cover any time throughout the day from Breakfast, Lunch, Tea and Tuck. We aim to match your care needs to the right carer. Our carers are not only trained in providing the physical aspects of care, but also offer emotional support, encouragement, and reassurance for all involved.

Initial Consultation

Please call or email us to arrange your initial chat. Our care manager will visit you for a free, home assessment to discuss your needs and how we would be able to help.

Tailored Care Plan

Following the initial meeting, our care manager will document your needs and devise a support plan that best suits you and will discuss any changes you would like to make.

Meet Your Care Team

We will then introduce our carers to ensure that you are happy with the people who will deliver the service, before they start working for you.

On-Going Support

Throughout your time with us, we believe that continual monitoring of what we do and, more importantly, communication with you, is vital to ensure that you get the service you require.
