Palliative Care
(End of Life)
We understand how difficult and distressing it can be to cope with a loved one who is approaching their end of life. Country Carers can offer help and support with day to day tasks so you and your family can make the most of your time together. We can provide a full range of care options, from personal care, support with administering medication, meal preparation, support and companionship to all family members, to 24-hour live in care. We work closely with medical professionals and hospice teams to ensure the right level of homecare and support is offered to both Service Users and their families. We respect that many individuals want to remain in their own homes at the end of their life and Country Carers are here to make that possible.
