Professional and Friendly Carers

Country Carers is an individual Domiciliary Care Company. We are a small, family oriented company employing approximately 25 Carers. This enables us to offer regular Carers to our Service Users. Having a familiar face providing care helps build on good relationships offering a high standard of person centred care.

All our Carers complete a strict recruitment process including a formal interview, DBS check and reference requests from their previous employer and a character reference. Only upon successfully completing this stage will they be offered employment.

Every Carer is then required to complete their induction within which time they will work along our more experienced carers, be introduced to our Service Users and become familiar with their care requirements. They must also complete all mandatory training and become familiar with the Companies policies and procedures. Ongoing training is provided along with career development if requested. Regular supervisions and appraisals offer practical and emotional support. We are very lucky that many of our Carers have been with us for 10 years and more.

Our Office Team

Registered Manager

Jayne Graham

Jayne started the company back in April 2003. Country Carers has grown over the years however still remains a small and very personal establishment. Jayne is dedicated to providing the best possible care and regularly carries out care calls herself. When Jayne is not working, she likes to spend time with her family, supporting them in various sporting events.
Office Manager

Ellie Studholme

Ellie joined Country Carers in February 2015. Ellie is now mainly based in the office as she is also a retained fire fighter for Rye Fire Station. Ellie’s spare time is taken up with sports, she is a member of the local hockey team.
Managers Assistant

Rachel Moth

Rachel joined Country Carers in February 2011. Rachel carries out assessments and creates care plans for your care packages. Rachel’s spare time is taken up with her 2 children.
Personnel Assistant

Nicky Challinor

Nicky joined Country Carers in January 2017. Nicky is mainly based in the office. Nicky’s spare time is taken up with her 3 daughters and their horses.

Barney joined Country Carers in 2014. He is a Cavalier Spaniel who loves treats, cuddles and afternoon naps. Our four legged friend loves visiting our Services Users during his days at work!
